The National Library of Medicine's (NLM) charges for U.S. libraries are as follows:

• Mail Delivery, Ariel, E-mail, Web, and Pickup - $9.00
• Mail Delivery, Ariel, E-mail, Web, and Pickup - color copies - $11.00
• Fax Delivery - $12.00
