Paolo Valenza

CURRICULUM VITAE

Paolo Valenza was born in St. Louis (MO), USA, on October 3, 1967.
He received the Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1993, with a thesis on PAFHPI - Self-monitoring of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation in Ambulatory Patients.
From 1st January to 31st March 1991 he attended the European Course on Biomedical Engineering, held in Patras (GR).
Since 1994 he has been a Ph.D. candidate in the Doctoral Program in Electrical Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano.
His current research interests include heart electrical activity modelling, signal processing and virtual reality in medicine.
He is now managing this MedInfoPoli WWW Server.
