Copyright in all audio tapes, videotapes, transcripts in the project is held by the Minnesota Historical Society. Bakken may make Fair Use copy of transcripts on request. All requests received by the Bakken for copies of audio tapes and video tapes, or for transcripts copies beyond the definitions of Fair Use, must be referred to the Minnesota Historical Society.
