CCRIS, ChemIDplus Subset, DIRLINE®, GENE-TOX, HSDB®, and TOXLINE® Subset
Click on each database name above for a description of that database. All are available for distribution in XML format via ftp.
Special note for ChemIDplus Subset: ChemIDplus structure and toxicity data available online at NLM are not available for distribution to licensees, nor does it include data with the source tag of USPDDN available in the web versions of ChemIDplus. Contact Jeff Spencer (JFS@usp.org) of the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention, Inc., the provider of USPDDN data for ChemIDplus, for information about leasing USPDDN data directly from USP.
Special note for TOXLINE Subset: Restrictions apply to the IPA archival subfile (NLM does not currently add IPA data to TOXLINE Subset). The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the producer of IPA, requires a special arrangement with NLM's licensees before NLM may distribute IPA data. TOXLINE Subset licensees who wish to obtain this subfile from NLM should contact ASHP (http://www.ashp.org; telephone: 301.657.3000). Any exception to the restrictions will be made by the data supplier. If you wish to receive IPA data, you should inform NLM that your arrangements have been made when the license paperwork is first submitted and again when your license profile is updated each subsequent year.
